When you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, company and a short description of what you need. You can also provide your availability. We use these details to respond, arrange a discussion and understand a potential project.

Submitted enquiries are sent through Mailgun to our business email inbox. Mailgun and our email service process the information to deliver and store those messages. An enquiry does not create a confirmed calendar appointment.

Please share a brief description of your workflow. Do not include passwords, payment details, confidential customer records or sensitive documents in the form. Sample-document handling can be agreed separately before an assessment.

Referral information

The site keeps limited referral information in your browser’s session storage: the page where you arrived, a referring website’s hostname, campaign labels from supported links and the call-to-action you selected. When you submit an enquiry, this information is included with the message so we can understand where enquiries originate.

Form answers are not saved in browser storage. You can clear site storage through your browser settings; session storage normally ends when the tab or browser session closes.

Interactive examples

The document-validation, workflow-value and voice-to-form examples run in your browser. Values you enter into these examples remain in page memory and are cleared when the page reloads. They are not submitted to our server or included in our custom analytics events. If you choose a download, the resulting file is saved to your device.

The voice-to-form example is a guided simulation with fictional data. It does not request microphone access, record audio or send content to a speech or AI provider. Please use fictional values in public examples; data handling for a real pilot is agreed separately.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as discovery-call clicks and successful enquiry submissions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device and interactions with the site.

Our custom analytics events do not include the name, email address, company, project description or availability entered in the enquiry form. We use enquiry messages to follow up with you separately.

Services used by this website

Your browser connects to our hosting service to load the website. The site also loads its typeface from Google Fonts. These connections send technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to the respective service.

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Our website enquiry process is separate from any data-handling arrangements agreed for a client project.

For privacy questions, or to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, email hello@someshwara.com. Include enough context for us to identify the enquiry, without sending additional sensitive information.
